In line with our philosophy we offer a comprehensive benefit plan to our Full-Time, W-2 employees including employer-subsidized major medical health insurance, employer-paid life insurance with AD&D, employer-paid GAP insurance to cover deductible, group-rate supplemental spouse and family insurance, group-rate STD/LTD, Dental and Vision insurance. We also pay for CMEs, medical licenses and certifications, DEA and paid professional association. At South Miami CritiCare, our physicians are highly regarded and respected as evidenced by the fact that past Emergency Department Medical Directors are serving as Presidents of the Medical Staff at their hospital while a past Medical Director has gone on to become the hospital CMO.
